Lei Thu
Lei joined Appleman Legal in May 2023 as a Mental Health Paralegal at our head office in London. Her previous experience whilst working as a mental health support worker has helped equip Lei with numerous skills that are highly beneficial, especially while working with vulnerable clients at our firm.
Lei’s empathetic, patient and compassionate qualities make her vital member of our team. Lei’s motto is to give her maximum effort in everything including client care. She has a strong interest in Law and Mental Health, she consistently expresses this through her work.
Career
Lei aspires to qualify as a Solicitor specialising in Mental Health law. She shares the firm’s work ethos and the desire to provide the highest standard of client service.
Education
Lei has successfully completed her Bachelor of Law degree in 2018 and she has recently completed her Master of Law with Legal Practice Course in 2022, graduating with a Distinction.
She has also successfully completed Mental Health Act administration and management training provided by Edge training. Additionally, Lei is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and First Aider at work.
Interests
Lei understands keeping a good balance in work and personal life is important. During her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, keeping active, reading, and painting.
