Nadia is a Paralegal and Mental Health Tribunal Panel Member in our Mental Health law and Court of Protection department based at our Head office in London.

Nadia’s responsibilities include supporting the Solicitors and Directors in all aspects of case preparation including perusal of documents, preparation of case bundles, drafting case correspondence and pleadings and attending to clients to obtain instructions and prepare witness statements. She also conducts her own advocacy at Tribunal Hearings.

Nadia’s objective is to qualify as a Solicitor specialising in Human Rights and Social Welfare law. She joined Appleman Legal in February 2022. She was attracted to Appleman Legal as she shares our commitment to these areas of practice. She also shares our work ethos and the desire to uphold the highest standard of client service. 

Career

Since joining the firm, Nadia has hit the ground running with case preparation. She conducts her own advocacy at First-tier Tribunals (Mental Health).

Education

    She has successfully completed her LLB Law Degree with Human Rights Law from the City University of London in 2021 and graduated with a First Class (Honours).
