Tiffany joined Appleman Legal in September 2024 following a work placement at the firm. She is now a Mental Health Paralegal at our head office in London. She is deeply inspired and shares the firm’s commitment to upholding individual rights and advocating for the most vulnerable members of society and striving for justice. 
As a paralegal, Tiffany provides clients with legal advice and obtains instructions for their cases. She provides support to our solicitors with all elements of mental health cases, including applications to the First Tier Tribunal and Hospital Managers. Additionally, Tiffany assists in case preparation by reviewing documents, organising cases, drafting correspondence and pleadings, and preparing witness statements.

Career

Working at the firm has confirmed Tiffany’s aspiration to become a solicitor specialising in Human Rights Law. She is now planning to study for her Solicitors Qualification Exam and working towards her Law Society Mental Health Scheme accreditation. 

Interests

Tiffany recognises the importance of maintaining a work-life balance. In her spare time, she enjoys playing netball and the piano, as well as travelling.
